1. Introduction

Navlok Foundation is a non-profit Section 8 company committed to working in the areas of healthcare, eye care, education, and social awareness. All donations received are utilized solely for social welfare initiatives and public service programs conducted by the organization.

 

2. Donation Policy
 

• All donations are made voluntarily and are used strictly for charitable and social service purposes.

• The donated funds are utilized for health camps, eye care camps, educational programs, and other community welfare activities.

• Donor information is kept confidential and is not shared for any commercial purposes.

• Donors are requested to provide accurate and authentic information while making contributions.

 

3. Refund Policy

• Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are allocated promptly toward ongoing social programs.

• In case of an accidental donation (such as a technical error, duplicate payment, or incorrect amount), donors may submit a written refund request within 7 days of the transaction.

• All refund requests will be reviewed by the organization, and if found valid, the refund will be processed as per the applicable procedure.

• Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method or bank account used for the donation.

 

4. Receipts & Certificates
 

• A donation receipt or acknowledgement will be provided for every successful contribution.
