1. Introduction


Navlok Foundation recognizes the valuable contribution of volunteers in social service activities. This policy outlines the guidelines related to volunteer selection, roles, responsibilities, conduct, and rights to ensure the effective implementation of our healthcare, eye care, education, and community programs.
 


2. Volunteer Selection
 

  • Volunteers are selected based on their interest, skills, and commitment to social service.

  • Basic identification, personal details, or relevant experience information may be required.

  • Navlok Foundation reserves the right to accept or decline any volunteer application.

 

3. Roles & Responsibilities
 

  • Support health camps, eye camps, education programs, and awareness initiatives.

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior with beneficiaries and team members.

  • Follow organizational policies, guidelines, and program instructions.

  • Protect confidential information related to the organization and beneficiaries.

 

4. Code of Conduct
 

  • Volunteers must work with honesty, discipline, and a spirit of service.

  • Any form of discrimination, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Volunteers are responsible for maintaining the dignity and reputation of Navlok Foundation.

 


5. Training & Guidance
 

  • Volunteers may receive basic orientation and training relevant to their assigned roles.

  • Continuous guidance and supervision may be provided by designated coordinators.

     

6. Safety & Confidentiality
 

  • Volunteers must maintain confidentiality of personal and medical information of beneficiaries.

  • Sharing sensitive information without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.



7. Termination of Volunteer Service
Navlok Foundation reserves the right to discontinue volunteer engagement in case of policy violations or misconduct.
